Great location, short walk to access the free tram zone or other public transport options. Lots of eating options nearby. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities listed- it was nice to stay in a room that was the exact ones in the advertised photos.

Location was great, beds were very comfortable. Shower and tap pressure was horrendous, we actually ended up taking showers at the Melbourne Sports Centre instead!! . Its an old apartment that could have done with better cleaning service (there were cobwebs on the walls) and we had to use our allergy medication as it smelt a bit dusty in general. Kitchen tools limited to only one pan and one pot (with no lid) Photos did not look anything like the real thing. Unless we were given the worst room because we booked through our discounted accor membership. For the welcome drink, it should be noted that not all guests drink alcohol so it would have been nice to ask the guests in advance so that the drink is not wasted. Overall pretty average.

We always enjoy staying at the Mantra Southbank as it is within walking distance of some of the best Melbourne attractions. The facilities are great for our young family.

Overall great experience with very accommodating reception staff. Nothing was a problem, so thank you all at Mantra Southbank for that. Sadly, our room seemed to be a little tired looking and in need of some upgrading. One of the hotplates on the hob was not working at all. The hob looks original, and there have been some poor repair in general, bathroom, silicon, cracked floor tiles and grout missing. Stepping into and out of a bath type shower was a slight worry for us all. We would not have expected this for a 4 star hotel. We enjoyed having the use of a fridge and freezer, washing, dryer and cooking facilities. The fact The Mantra Southbank allowed our Maryborough sister to stay at no additional cost on the fold out couch was absolutely awesome, so a big huge thanks for that. This is one of the reasons we chose your establishment. So thank you again.

We had a really nice stay at Mantra, it is in a great location close to all the things you could need for a weekend in Melb! The staff were absolutely lovely, apartment was clean and we loved the pool, especially with travelling with a child. Only downside is that the sofa bed in our room that our 4 year old was meant to sleep on was uncomfortable, it dipped in the middle and felt like you were laying directly on the springs of the mattress. It wasn’t too much of an issue for us however if there was one or two adults sleeping on it then it would be a very unpleasant sleep for them. We ended up folding it back into a couch and having her in the main bed with us.
