*On arrival our room had been allocated to someone else (as we had booked a 2 bed with a main bed and 2 single beds) > We were upgraded to another room which was great * When we arrived in the upgraded room, it was quite dirty, milk spills in fridge, marks on kitchen floor, marks on bench, all doors and windows very dirty covered in marks all over, bathrooms had mould, lots of dust on side tables in room, balcony had cracked tiles > I actually contacted our travel agent as to what we should do as i was shocked at how dirty it was, so i spoke to reception and showed them some of the photos, they said they would get someone to tidy a few areas that day and then the next day do a full clean, a guy came and scrubbed the mould off the tiles, they also offered us free parking foe the inconvenience * The next day we did some washing and the washing machine wouldnt drain, we didnt have any sheet to explain the washing machine to us and it wouldnt spin, so all our clothes were wet, the manager the next day came and took all our clothes to another room to dry them and i went with him, we had to go into a room that hadnt been cleaned and i thought to myself i really didnt need to see this i am meant to be on holidays, but it was the only option at that stage. The next day maintenace said it was working but it didnt work for us, he came and showed us how to do it. We then had some issues with the dryer so maintenance came again and the handle had to banged for it to work, be showed us how to do it Everyone was very friendly and helpful but we had something happening most days The next day we noticed the ensuite toilet was leaking onto the floor, we contacted reception again and they looked at it but it wasnt fixed that day or the next, we extended our stay as we had some family things on, and we didnt want to move hotels , we really enjoyed the location and the staff were lovely but the room really needs some things looked at and some mai tenance

Despite all these issues, I am thankful you still have lovely words about my team members.
