The room was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. However, the hotel spruikes its green credentials, but changes the towels even if they are hung up and not put in the bath (as per the recommendation in the bathroom if you want your towels changed). I was also staying in rm 715, and smelt the very strong odour of washing powder at approx 10 pm. It was so strong I had to turn the air conditioning off. I didnt partake in breakfast as there seemed to be very limited options for gf and df foods

Air conditioning didn’t work. Curtains were falling down. Asked for them to be repaired but that didn’t happen

Room was great thanks. Although I didnt stay the night as I ended up in Hospital. The gentleman at the desk assisted me with ambulance. He was welcomed me very well. Car parking is a little tricky.

The location is great within the CBD and the room is spacious and clean. Additionally, despite being located on a busy street, the area is quiet at night. The staff is also really nice.
