We love the location. However, on return 2nd evening. The room had been partly cleaned. i.e. bed covers tucked in, pillows remained untouched from previous sleep. Dirty towels still on floor. The bathroom door had to remain closed due to putrid smell from drain.

Drove to Melbourne had booked a car park, but on arrival told there were no spots available. Received one after some discussion with staff. Won’t book here again even thou the property was quite comfortable

The shower was mouldy and the showerhead was stuck halfway between soak and jets. The room key was falling apart and the room overall just looked tired and like it needed some serious maintenance. Marks on walls, toilet flush very loose. I was told on arrival that parking spaces needed to be booked - there was no mention or option for this when booking online. Luckily I managed a carpark but this would have been a terrible inconvenience if I hadn't. I would not stay here again and certainly not at these prices. I would have expected the condition of the hotel from somewhere charging $120 per night, not over $200. Disappointed.

As title states, I have not received my secruity deposit yet. I was told I would get it back 5 days after my stay, it has now been 15 days and nothing.
