Staying at the motel whilst mother was having surgery. Unknown time we would be there so booked one night 198 which was fine. Second night was 253 ok. They went to book for the next three knowing how long we the needed. Price went to 852 per night. Outrageous! How can that be so different. Room not cleaned, no new towels and step into the shower over the bath edge very dangerous, no hand rails, slippery and a large step into and out of the bath for the shower. Very impractical. Room carpet also old and needs updating. Management not at all interested in addressing the price when we questioned the amount. Shower base stained and dirty. Very disappointed with this stay in what I thought was a quality motel. Never again, no empathy!
