Our check in experience was very stressful as we organized a wheelchair accessible room and the room was unavailable, the reception offered us a room that was not satisfactory,(could'nt even get a chair to the toilet. After some time we were shown a room that was wheelchair accessible and was an excellent room for someone in a chair.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay in an area we had not before visited. Our room was outstanding, beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a lovely range of options. We enjoyed dinner and were very happy to be located away from the live music (which was great by the way). Thank you, we will be back.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, every month. This visit, my facewasher, floor mat and spare paper not left in the bathroom. No glasses left in the room, nor milk in the fridge. I felt like the constant complainer ringing for these simple pieces. A shame
