hi, we were initially given a room in which the mattress was blood stained. We were then moved to another room, the fridge door cannot be opened without physically lifting the fridge up so the cupboard door then opens. The stopper on the front door of the hotel room falls down, so the door cannot be shut . The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. This hotel room does need urgent maintenance.

Perfect location, listen to the ocean and walk everywhere. Room is basic and could do with Netflix, etc for downtime but if you bring a book or don't plan on staying there long it was great for the price.

Stayed here for a wedding in Lorne. Great location in the heart of the town. Parking included which was great. Clean room but a little dated.

The rooms are fine albeit getting a bit old . Buffet Breakfast could have hsd better bread variety but we did enjoy the Easter treat of chocolate pastry , pain au chocolate , A good variety of food . The service is very good abd staff very friendly .

Mantra location was the highlight. Soo convenient with the beach on our doorstep and soo close to some great places to eat. The staff were soo helpful too and accomodating. Wish we could have stayed longer
