This was my first time staying at Mantra. They have brilliant corporate rates with my company (Westpac) I was given a courtesy bottle of wine and the front desk staff were so lovely. I will absolutely be back!

The hotel is well located to walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately, our room mattress was really worn, we felt the springs in our back having difficulty to sleep at night. Hope the hotel will improve their matress quality.

Dear Juan, I do apologise that the quality of your sleep was not to the standard that you expected. We are on duty 24/7 to assist with such matters and would gladly have swapped rooms for you had we known. We will investigate your concern and replace the mattress immediately.
