Love all your staff there, particularly "Phil from Brazil" on the front Desk who I have established a great relationship. Love him to bits, and he's always so.... helpful!! The only "negative" to my stay (this time) was the LACK of a comfortable Chair in the room I was in (115 from memory). Thankfully I had a "fold-up" Chair in the Boot of my Car which I took up to the room. For someone aged 75 those "tiny" little "odd" shaped orange colored chairs in that Room are NOT comfortable. Otherwise, "all good"!!

Staff were friendly and helpful when needed They were also understanding that our stay was because my husband needed to go across road to the LGH for surgery in the morning the following day

Overall my stay was great. The room was clean and generally a comfortable space. My only complaint was that I found the mattress uncomfortable as it had a dip, I suspect on the side most slept on and therefore also a raised area towards the middle. Also the blinds were quite difficult to adjust for light and privacy.
