At Club Croc Bistro the menu has been lovingly prepared by Head Chef Matthew Hammond, with local favourites like mouth-watering seafood sourced from the pristine waters off the coast of Airlie, or Angus Beef reared in Central and North Queensland regions.
For something substantial try our Mediterranean quinoa salad, picked octopus, chargrilled barramundi, lamb shoulder or confit pork belly. Classic dishes include lightly battered or grilled local fish with fat chips and salad, Black Angus steak sandwich with beetroot relish, and Caesar salad with parmesan, anchovies and chorizo. From the grill we serve juicy Black Angus grain fed Rump, Scotch and Eye Fillet, all with fat chips or roasted chats along with your choice of red win jus, peppercorn or mushroom sauce, or garlic cream.
For desert, tantalise your taste buds with our white chocolate panookie with salted caramel popcorn, Crème Brulee with karrif lime glass and crème fraiche, chocolate, nougat and pistachio semi freddo, or for something lighter our seasonal fruit and cheese platters are sure to satisfy.
For those with an appetite for more, Head Chef is Matthew Hammonds' Surf & Turf buffet, held on Saturday nights, features a live cooking station accompanied by live music to usher in the tropical vibes allowing you to drift right into holiday mode.
