From the very first contact to the last when checking out we found that all the staff were great and very helpful. The resort was clean and of a high standard and looked good. The resort was well laid out with easy access to pools and other facilities. We would definitely stay there again if going to Port Douglas.

Was fit for purpose but the room was a bit basic. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic. No hot selection.

TKHopscotch Families - TripAdvisor review

The apartment we stayed in felt a bit tired and uninviting and the patio doors looked a bit dirty. The patio furniture was wooden and well worn. The bathroom did not feel clean. The bedroom drawers in the wardrobe had mould spots on them so I did not feel comfortable putting my clothes in them or the wardrobe. Charging for the use of the safe seemed a bit extortionate. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Good location.

We believe that the Continental Breakfast provided is a solid offering with quality products and variety, some of which are local, however we understand that it missed the mark for you during your stay. Feedback like yours is important to grow our product further, so thank you. I can confirm that we do not charge anything for our valued guests using the In Room Safe. As it is a keyed safe, we place upon the room account a refundable deposit to ensure guests return the key upon departure, but we do not charge anything for its actual use. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it is only through such feedback that we can address any concerns or feedback that may have otherwise been overlooked. Should you allow us an opportunity to make amends in the future, rest assured we will do all we can to look after you and restore your faith in us. Jennyx6 Couples - TripAdvisor review

Fab stay at Portsea Mantra Port Douglas Walking distance to town or take a local shuttle bus service (we used Excellence which offer 7 day unlimited pass for $78 pp). Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, balcony overlooking pool (apartment number 39) no stairs on reception level. Spotless apartment, hot plate and microwave cooking facilities, spa bath/shower, king bed, pull out couch for extra person or kiddies. Apartment was fully air conditioned with 2 x ceiling fans which made for a really comfortable stay. Accor member therefore sparkling wine left in fridge as a welcome drink. A walk to Peppers resort 2 hotels down on left hand side we could use our Accor membership which gave 50% off dining for breakfast/dinner. Full buffet breakfast only 17.50 pp. Portsea has beautiful swim up pool bar and happy hr is 4pm - 5pm. Drinks at reasonable prices and cocktails of the day. Bar managed by polite and friendly staff Lucia and Matice who always went above and beyond to assist. Cannot wait to return again to Portsea Mantra. Thanks for a great stay !!!

Hotel was close to the city and had a shuttle bus that did pick ups and drop offs. All staff were lovely. Pool bar had a good vibe!
