The building is lovely with large modern rooms that overlook both the beach and the intercostal waterway. The apartment hotel is really well situated just a 5 minute walk to the central business area. The transit way is just across the street. From there you can go just about anywhere. The hotel itself lovely with a gigantic sand pool and hot tub. The hotel also has a first class Thai restaurant. The best part about the place is the staff they were all terrific. Thank you for making our 2.5 month stay great. G and M

Amazing pool and lots for kids to do. Location is great for getting to the beach and shops. Staff lovely, just needs an update and a bit of a clean.

Happy with the facilities but disappointed with the room services. Stayed 7 days and never saw any room service of any kind. We washed our own towels, supplied our own milk and eventually ran out of teabags etc so bought our own. Would have expected clean towels at least once during our stay.

Main bathroom everything worked but everything constantly dripped the second bathroom couldn’t even shower in it was hot or cold on I between and so hot you would get burnt. There was food under the lounge the floors were dirty and dirty dishes
