We had great difficulty with the door cards, Even further difficulty with door cards opening gates on the grounds. Furthermore, not all people like spa bathes, especially when they are aged over 80 years. Extremely dangerous to climb into to have a shower. Otherwise, the room was lovely and everything else was good.

We had a great time at Hervey Bay Mantra. Comfortable bed and beautiful view from our room. However, just little bit unhappy with the door at hotel as it’s so jam that made big sound when shut the door. I was waken up by another room door in both mornings.
