The room had a nice view, it was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was slightly older but still nice. Another small carton of milk in the fridge would have be amazing. Restaurant was very convenient. Coffee was delicious.

I booked ocean view on arrival my disappointment hit. When you pay for ocean view top dollar and get a car park view you will be disappointed too. I have stayed in this hotel since it opened and they always deliver the best service for me. After telling the receptionist on my disappointment got a call from the manager and gave us free breakfast for two and chocolate. I truly appreciate it but o told her I prefer my old room. I don’t want the freebies I just want the view. I live in the bush so it’s very important for me.
