It was a Good stay however my team and I would have very much appreciated the ability to get a coffee downstairs and breakfast together.

Staff were great, very helpful and knowledgeable, however motel had no bar or restaurant, and I was charged for parking (which I wasn't made aware of on website).

There was an issue with the water in the hotel and the following morning it was cold and dirty. After having a cold shower in dirty water, on checkout, I asked if they could reduce the room rate due to the unsatisfactory experience. They advised someone would contact me to discuss. I am still waiting for that contact and don't expect any. Very disappointing considering I am Diamond with ALL.

Our room had a washing machine right outside the door. The noise from this went on until 10.30pm both nights. We couldn't open the door onto the balcony. We reported this to reception but nothing was done.

Disappointing that there was no restaurant in the hotel, very inconvenient. Parking was also a problem searching for an empty spot allocated to hotel guests. Suggest you make 1 level parking for guests and the other levels for permanent residents.
