Our room had a washing machine right outside the door. The noise from this went on until 10.30pm both nights. We couldn't open the door onto the balcony. We reported this to reception but nothing was done.

Disappointing that there was no restaurant in the hotel, very inconvenient. Parking was also a problem searching for an empty spot allocated to hotel guests. Suggest you make 1 level parking for guests and the other levels for permanent residents.

Could not find the motel and struggled to find the entrance

Premises went very clean and well appointed. Good view of the river and well located. The Laundry cupboard is a bit silly. Too small for the washer. Something nothing really. Very helpful and informative staff. See you next time......

Good communication with staff after I had to change my booking to a bigger room. Room was clean and tidy and was perfect for what was required. It wasn’t made clear online that there was parking onsite but I found parking in street across the road which was cheaper. Overall a positive experience and will be returning!
