The beds and pillows are hard, they seem soft but are no. Again i have had to have 2 x quilts put under the sheets to reduce the old firm bed. I purchase my own pillow as i had a long stay

Not impressed with counter staff. Too many different staff who did not really listen or fix our complaints. No pool to use in hot Darwin. And not made aware until booking in. Room not made up when we asked for it. Done a day later. Only after we complained. Terrible organising.
