I had an enjoyable stay and my only complaint would be only having free to air tv channels on the bedroom tv. With the price of the tariff and it being an ocean view apartment, I think Foxtel should have been available on the bedroom tv.

Very very poor facilities within the Mantra no room service no where to have a meal at night within the Hotel. Rang reception needed help with air con explained was going out no one came got a phone call in my car as I was leaving that was an hour and a half later. Dirty bathroom leaking tap in bath very expensive overpriced hotel. On check out the women had no customer service skills I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I was staying in the hotel as it was my son's wedding.

2 bedroom unit with 3 kids. Experience was ok. Karaoke was loud above us, i asked reception man to help stop it. Could hear the T.V behind our heads while trying to sleep. Room beside us. Very noisy floors from above, every time they move theire chairs we could hear everything. Remove the lollies from the breakfast buffet. That was horrible. Other kids causing fights over bloody lollies early in the morning. No parents needs that. Australia is already large. Really bad influence. Pastries, donuts and biscuits are enough. Kids were grabbing them. Parents would say no, and they put them straight back in the same bowl. Yuck! Not hygiene at all. The restaurant timber lights and mirrors are extremely dirty. More attention on cleaning the restaurant area.
