Hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, with the Chinatown tram stop directly outside. We only stayed for one night and found it clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite, as we were celebrating a special Anniversary. It was spacious, well appointed and had a small balcony. We didn't hear much traffic noise. The hotel is old and could do with a refit, but the bed was comfy and the kitchenette more than adequate. The bathroom toiletries were very good. There is no lounge area in the hotel, just a small lobby, but there is secure luggage storage. I would stay here again, for a night or two.

Comfortable Still haven't received security deposit back?

Regarding security bond, we had cancelled the holdings of your bond. Please kindly note that the $100 is meant to be a HOLDINGS AMOUNT which the bank is holding on behalf of us. The $100 will be shown as “PENDING TRANSACTION” in your bank statement and it takes approximately 3-5 business days (Australian Cards), or 10-15 days (International Cards)for the money to be reverted back. Hence, there will not be any DEBIT/CREDIT in your bank statement to be seen. For further enquired, please contact your nominated bank if pending amount still sits in your account. Fifth bed a disaster

The hotel is well located and the staff are lovely however we booked a stay for five adults. The fifth bed/sofa bed was so excruciatingly uncomfortable that half way through the night I gave up and slept on the floor. I’ve since had to go to remedial massage to deal with back pain. Very disappointed. If you wish to sell someone five adult beds please ensure they receive 5 beds. This is false advertising. Please before you sell this fifth bed again I would love to see you sleep in it for the night and let me know what you think.
