Comfortable room, well equipped. I would like to point out how hard the restaurant staff all worked that evening. It was incredibly busy but they managed to get everyone fed and watered with friendly professionalism. They are all a credit to you.

Not a comfortable stay

On my arrival to the reception, I was struggling with my heavy bags and no one offerred help. The room smelled like dust everywhere and the part that I didn't appreciate was the fact that there was no water in the fridge. The ioning board couldn't stay by itself and the steam iron did not have the lid to retain the water. Little things that add up at the end. Positive things were the receptionist in the morning who helped me organise the bus shuttle to the airport.

Not a short walk with new infrastructure

The hotel information of it being a short walk from the airport was misleading. Google maps was incorrect as it had also not updated to the changes. This meant walking back and forth and figuring it out ourselves , lugging our suitcases around. When we spoke to the reception, they informed us that the new infrastructure is the problem so my thoughts are that if the hotel is already aware of this, then this should be put on their website so that guests can make an informed decision with the correct information. Should we had known this ahead of time, we would have arranged an Uber. This was not a great start to our honeymoon.
