I stayed at Mantra as it was a convenient drive to the hospital where I was visiting someone I knew. As an Accor Gold member, I received a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was well appointed and very clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Other than the wine cap being unable to be opened ( even by the staff ) and having to be replaced, My stay was quite comfortable

The check-in procedure and car parking allocation was a debacle. Confusion with many guests over car parking. The females working on check in were not clear with their communication. It should be explained that the mantra is a residential building and car spots are allocated for guests. The spot we were allocated was already taken. We had to move the car a couple of times. The Spanish/South American guy on checkout in the morning was switched on, helpful and friendly.
