We had a lovely spacious room on the 5th level. We just had a couple of minor issues though. We had booked a room for 3 adults as we had my wife’s sister with us who was visiting from overseas. We only had 2 cups in the room & 2 towels. This was soon rectified with a call to reception. We booked dinner at reception for 7-00pm for the 3 of us. When we got there we were told we didn’t have a booking & they were full. Fortunately Riya took control & pushed 2 tables together to accommodate us. Riya then proceeded to look after us & the 3 different dishes we ordered were fantastic. Overall a very good stay but need to improve so minor issues don’t occur.

We had a quick stay - easy to find, clean and breakfast downstairs - breakfast disappointing - with what offered and I only wanted something very small and this isn't available.

Last minute booking and could not have enjoyed it more!

I found the person I dealt with at the front desk quite underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. Barely cracked a smile. Just grunted when I told them that the crockery and utensils in my room were filthy. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to stream Netflix or any other streaming services. So glad I took my laptop since the whole purpose of my stay was to lay in bed and watch movies/relax. For a newish hotel I find this so bizarre and old school. I’m all for saving the environment but having to go down to reception for a glass of water instead of providing bottles is a bit far. My room smelt quite musty. Bit disappointed. Good location, street parking no issue.
