Take time out while travelling to get some exercise.Health tips for travellers

Travelling, whether near or far, can sometimes leave you vulnerable to the risk of seasonal illness and becoming run down.

Help protect your health on your next trip by following these business travel tips.

There's nothing worse than running out of a prescription in an unfamiliar city. Pre-empt this problem by ensuring you have enough of your regular medication to last you the duration of your trip. This will save you from trying to book doctor's appointments and locate pharmacies while you're away.

If you travel with large quantities of medicine it's a good idea to divide the portions amongst your luggage. This way, if a bag goes missing, you should still have a supply in a different item of luggage.
