Cleanliness was very poor had massive stains on carpet floor, shower was not very clean, walls very dusty. Very poor cleaning

Booked a suite and the room was a bit smaller than the one we had on our previous trip. Was Ok for us, never enough coat hangers supplied for a business trip, frigs tend to defrost and have pools of water in them, we were told it was an upgrade but definitely preferred the room I actually booked which appeared more spacious, never sure about whether the room will be serviced or not as this is dependent on booking price so if you want servicing check first. Don't expect hand towels because we were told that they did not have any. This was our third stay here this year. It all seems a bit hit and miss and for someone who is involved in training in a customer service centric industry I expect a bit more from them

Room ok but neede basic maintenance. Broken tap stork, no soap in shower, outside entry dirt with bits of gum stuck to tiles, damaged stone bollards.

Good location and very friendly staff. We found it odd that housekeeping did not attend the room for the 3 days we stayed and we had to get towels from reception. Comfortable beds and clean, staff very approachable. Good value breakfast on offer. Beside a construction site but surprisingly wasn't too noisy from our room. Satisfied with our stay overall.
