Wouldn’t stay again

Room was very basic. The carpet is stained and the bathroom didn’t feel like it had been deep cleaned? Windows at the pool were also incredibly dirty, as were those on the balcony. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

As an older couple, the placement of our room right next to the swimming pool area meant that there was no view to the outside and that there was noise from three sides (swimming pool, adjoining room and swimming pool area) as well as from floor above.

Have stayed here many times in the past for business, rooms downstairs used to be pretty grotty but have been upgraded nicely and the restaurant is great. Will return soon.

Avoid pool side if you want peac and quiet

If you want a quiet stay DO NOT book a poolside room. The sound carries into your room especially during school holidays. I provided feedback to reception and asked to be moved to a room away from the pool. The only available room was ocean view at an additional fee. I got a slight discount. The Ocean side room was spacious, quiet and had a beautiful view. I highly recommend the Ocean view room - just was disappointed I had to move rooms in the first place.
