Yes experience was good. Only feedback i would provided be car parking to be slightly cheaper in future compared to other hotels nearby, Also maybe a few more options on the food menu otherwise good.

*On behalf of my parents-in-law, I must express their delight with the accommodations, the room provide exceptional comfort, allowing to relax fully their stay. *The room boasted a delightful view.adding to the overall enjoyment of their experience. *The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious,and the staff were incredibly friendly.

For the price of the meal, I believe the quality of the food was poor. I would have been better to go a fast food restaurant.

Great location, but terrible(rude) customer service

Parking: The carpark arrangement is very impractical. It's located all the way on the roof top of a 4 storey carpark. It was raining when I checked into the hotel, so I had to carry my luggage and run across the the roof top carpark in the rain to get to the elevator. The validated parking ticket never seem to work properly and every time I exit the carpark, I would need assistance from the operator. Customer Service: Each time you exit the carpark, you need to get your parking ticket validated at the hotel reception. I was lining up to get my ticket validated. I had to make a phone call as it was taking a while to process the family in front of me. However, once the people infront of me have been served and there was no one else infront of me, I stepped up and patiently waited until I reception staff was ready to serve me. I stood there like a idiot while the staff completely ignore me, and stared at the computer screen and pretended to type away. I stood there for quite sometime, not knowning what is the hold up. The reception staff then finally looked at me and said "oh, I am waiting for you to get off the phone before I am going to serve you". Despite the fact I was on the phone because it I had to tell my appointment that I was going to be late be it took longer than expected to get my parking ticket validated to get out of the hotel. The hotel reception staff that day was rude and arrogant and I have never been treated with such disrespect. This left a sour taste in my mouth to what would have been an enjoyable stay. The location and room service was great. However, all this was overshadowed by the experience above.
