I advised twice by email that we required a Fold Away bed for my child, yet on checking in at 8pm our room was still not ready. Extremely disappointed that nobody is capable of acting on instructions by email for our stay.

I booked my parents in for an overnight stay - so they could get to the airport for an early flight. The desk staff were excellent. The room was great. We had a very very nice meal with them - the meal took a while to come but the food was great.
