The location was fantastic and easy to get to everything either on a tram or walking. The apartment is spacious especially the one bedroom and perfect for families to cobine with a studio. The kids loved the pool. Would have been nice to have doorstops for the 2 apartment doors (inside the main lockable door) to keep an ear on the kids in the studio.

We travelled a lot and we can say this accor hotel Mantra on Russell is the best in the heart of Melbourne CBD This is not the first time we stay in Mantra on Russell but every time we stay is always better and better. the customer service n staff is 6 stars, especially to Tim (manager) and Huy Nguyen they treat us best and always try their best to give us the best stay. They are very helpful and will do anything for you. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Big thanks to Tim to upgrade my room . Breakfast was very ordinary and always the same everyday. Location is just in the heart of city and also the view is magnificent Thank you for everything n treat us so good. Highly recommended !!!
