Very noisy, bad view, not good value for money

Check-in with car difficult. No city view. View of Arts Centre construction site. Web site view pictures misleading. Traffic noise extremely loud all night. Beds not configured properly. Alarm clock not plugged in. Bedroom TV remote missing. Bedroom TV picture extremely bad with minimal stations. Insufficient power points in kitchen area for charging devices. Coffee table top wonky. Towel rail in bathroom fell off. Water pressure bad. Shower in bath gives zero head room. Had to call reception for WiFi password. Stains on carpet and lounge. Reception abrupt when questioned about alternate room options and not accommodating. Hair dryer useless. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never return.

Great location, short walk to access the free tram zone or other public transport options. Lots of eating options nearby. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities listed- it was nice to stay in a room that was the exact ones in the advertised photos.

A Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Location was great, beds were very comfortable. Shower and tap pressure was horrendous, we actually ended up taking showers at the Melbourne Sports Centre instead!! . Its an old apartment that could have done with better cleaning service (there were cobwebs on the walls) and we had to use our allergy medication as it smelt a bit dusty in general. Kitchen tools limited to only one pan and one pot (with no lid) Photos did not look anything like the real thing. Unless we were given the worst room because we booked through our discounted accor membership. For the welcome drink, it should be noted that not all guests drink alcohol so it would have been nice to ask the guests in advance so that the drink is not wasted. Overall pretty average.
