The room was very clean and spacious. We had a kitchen and laundry. The bed was as good as home. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location is incredible being right in the theatre precinct. We attended a concert at Margaret Court arena and easily walked there and back. There are many bars and eateries within easy walking distance. There is Mantra parking onsite and everything was easy!

Great location, great spacious rooms, staff well very helpful and friendly. It was never stated when making the booking that house keeping would be extra on top of what we paid so that was disappointing to find out while we were there. Also the room was very loud from the street below when it stated it was sound proof

Checkin experience was good!!! Received a nice upgrade to one-bedroom appartment. Comfortable, nicely equipped. Loved my stay. Laundry facilities were great!! Breakfast = plenty, nice choices and tasty. Swimming pool: nice to do some laps in the morning. Sauna: nice! Location was just very good!!

hotel was fine and room great , but we had friends who stayed on the 15 floor we were on 12 floor and they had to move out their room due to the room next door fighting and arguing at 4 am in the morning , and seemed to be on drugs , then my daughter an myself got into elevator with another woman and man and both on drugs meth wasted not a good look and felt unsafe not a good look for hotel not sure if we will ever stay there again

The one bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed with all necessities. Spacious and comfortable, it was a home away from home. Great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes, etc.
