The shower was mouldy and the showerhead was stuck halfway between soak and jets. The room key was falling apart and the room overall just looked tired and like it needed some serious maintenance. Marks on walls, toilet flush very loose. I was told on arrival that parking spaces needed to be booked - there was no mention or option for this when booking online. Luckily I managed a carpark but this would have been a terrible inconvenience if I hadn't. I would not stay here again and certainly not at these prices. I would have expected the condition of the hotel from somewhere charging $120 per night, not over $200. Disappointed.

As title states, I have not received my secruity deposit yet. I was told I would get it back 5 days after my stay, it has now been 15 days and nothing.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. and was cleaned during the stay cleaners even washed up the dishes! Buffet break fast was also good. The room did face the railway line which was noisy only when train passed by. It should be noted that frequency was bearable . Check out was seamless an even stored bags for the day before returning to the airport.
