Perfect hotel to meet with local family in a great location. Next to Ala Moana Shopping Center and short walk to the Hawai'i Convention Center, this hotel is convenient to these locations.

Everything is okay except shower and bath tub. It’s so disappointing that bath tab doesn’t drain well and shower doesn’t come out well. It’s one of the most important part of the stay to me....

Loved the front desk, housekeeping staff. Glen at Bellman desk was fantastic. Lynn at front desk definitely needs to be polite. She treats the guests like school kids and is rude.

GlennSandSailor Families - TripAdvisor review

Enjoyed our entire 5 night stay. This is a very large property. Staff were very friendly. Our room had a magnificent view. Very very short walk to Waikiki. The pool was lovely. Gym well equipped and maintained. 4 out of 5 for some very workable reasons. Recommend Valet over self parking. The garage is very tight and difficult to navigate. A few extra bucks per day and problem solved. Rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. Would like to see more “automation” in the check in check out process. Long lines.
