Booked in on a recommendation. Car park out front and we’ll sway from room. No elevator. Toom on 2nd floor. Trainee checked us in. In hindsight he was the best employee there. Room nice. Shower needed a repair as water spurted everywhere snd as a bloke the toilet seat needed to be held up whist using it making it very difficult. Meals. Ha. Ordered for 7pm. Meals came out 725 pm cold. As a chef I could see that the meals were left for a while before making it to our table. After trying to address the problem we received a refund for the meal but too late to order anything else so ordered a pizza from a local business. No urgency, no care. Avoid. Drinks are at a premium price too, even at happy hour.

Great Value for money. Room was nicely renovated and clean. We did the buffet breakfast which was good and convenient - given that we were one of the first done there, the food could have been a bit better and warmer But the overall value was all the staff was absolutely fantastic. All of them Interacted with our toddler and made her day especially Jude in the morning and the afternoon restaurant manager - unsure of his name but they were incredible Would happily stay here again!

There was no electricity on day 1 and no net on day 2. Below average experience.

The power outage was definitely an inconvenience for all guests. The issue was caused by a fault with the Ergon supply to the property, and 2 adjacent properties. We apologise that it took quite a few hours for the issue to be diagnosed, and Ergon to attend to resolve it. The internet outage was as a result of the power outage. A number of essential items in the internet system did not restart after the loss of power. Once again, we apologise that your stay was not as you would have liked. Kind Regards Management
