Our stay was ok, we loved the pools. Great for kids although it was mostly older ones there. The pool swim up bar was quite disappointing, the cocktails weren't great, probably needed another staff member at times and the small bar menu was average and they cook it all in a deep fryer right where you sit. The smell wasn't great even from across the pool. All the hallways are dripping with water. Mould in the rooms. I know it's the climate but still didn't make it feel clean. Loved the refillable glass water bottles available. Good location

terrific staff, can't do enough to help, but lacking in room and major facilities, ie: in room minor cooking facilities including a bowl and plate, ,also definitely need a dining room to cater for patrons who can't travel every meal time.

Had you booked a 1 Bedroom Apartment, kitchenette facilities would have been available in the room along with more space to spread out. The staff were great, unfortunately our room smelt of damp and took a couple of hours to ventilate. Also the balcony area had lots of cobwebs over the chairs and needed a good wash down.
