Mantra hotel is excellent location close to all shops and restaurants. We ate in a couple of night and facilities in the apartment were fantastic. BBQ facilities were very clean and easy to use. Room was very clean on arrival and it was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the room too. Emeila and her team at reception were very helpful with any queries l had. Will definitely be staying again next time.

Amazing location, amazing staff. Bathroom was spacious. Room was not very clean at all. Only had 1 dinner plate. Knives and forks were not cleaned. Our bed sheets had a dirt stain on them and sand in the bed. Behind the tv was extremely dusty and full of spider webs. Lovers on the sliding doors were broken off and put to the side of the window so we had no privacy at all. I guess you cant help the mould because of the humidity but there was quite a bit in the corner of the room on the roof. The pool had lots of muck, leaves and dirt at the bottom it, which should be cleaned out at least with a net or something. Im never one to complain but the room was just a disappointment. Lovely staff though, amazing service just the cleanliness of the room needs to be worked on for future guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great accommodation for the price. Rooms well equipped kitchen and laundry. Problem with the shower immediately fixed. Welcome pack and card on arrival was a nice touch.
