We were made to wait for 1 hour and 45 mins to check in, I have 2 autistic sons and we had driven for 2-1/2 hours at this point, I told them but it didn’t help. The staff did apologise but I feel that maybe we should have had some form of compensation maybe in a voucher to use for dinner. The remote for the tv in the bedroom was missing, this was rectified by staff and during our stay furniture was brought into our apartment disrupting our stay.

The air con was not working very well. The microwave shorted out but was replaced very quickly. There was no soap in the second bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. I would have liked to be informed that reception was not open for late check in

Great location!!!! Our unit was next to the lifts and rubbish chute. Constant noise and banging doors. Room was average, we’ve stayed in regular locations and this wasn’t up to standard. Paid for ocean view but we were on level 3 and there wasn’t much of a view. The pool wasn’t heated which we read it was on the website. Limited cutlery for use. A disappointing family holiday for us sadly.

We stayed for 1 week and disappointed room was not refreshed at least once. Main ensuite dated as no need for spa bath and difficult to get in and out of due to limited space. 2nd bathroom had unpleasant smell and after after 2 requests maintenance attended to. Most staff helpful. Swimming pool was great Enjoyed the experience overall - bad luck about the weather
