Disappointed that I couldn’t cancel or alter my booking, stayed for 8 nights and received no change of linen, noise from appartments above very disturbing ( little feet running up and down the room and chairs constantly scrapping the tiled floors) air con so cold in main bedroom had to get serviceman to turn unit off.

While the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy, the Sirocco brought the sunshine. Staff was professional and accommodating. Veronica from the front desk was so lovely and professional.

Great location however run down accommodation

Stayed in the penthouse and was really looking forward to a few nights away. The night before the manger called me to notify the spa wasn’t working in the penthouse which they kindly compensated however overall the accommodation is very run down and needs a lot of work done. Mould was noted in both bathroom, floors had not been vacuumed on arrival and aircon barely worked. If you are considering staying here maybe look somewhere else

Excellent service, our apartment was clean and spacious with amazing views, the private rooftop terrace was a great surprise. Great sized pool and spa. We will definitely stay here again.
