The place is a great location, one street away from the beach, a short walk from the Main Street and right at the tram station. However, the room had an awful smell in the laundry room. The coffee at the buffet was awful. The curtains in our apartment needed updating as well as the old fashioned kitchen.

The room we stayed needs some attention, toilet seat and toilet flashing tank needs to changed, carpet not very clean maybe steam cleaning is enough, Netflix and utube not working, positive things, staff very friendly, building in general very clean, excellent location.

Great location, Trams outside the gate, very short trip to Surface Paradise pubs, clubs and Restaurants

The lobby is Amazing, the rooms are spacious and all amenities you need for any stay, spent a lot of time swimming in the outdoor pool and spa pool, it also has a bbq area, my favorite thing was the Tram is located just outside the gate, tickets were purchased at reception for a day pass of $10, we did have a problem with the hot water system, but was quickly upgraded to another room, breakfast was a disappointment, for $25 pp it was always running out of food and wasn’t replaced, the tables were left in a mess and wasn’t cleared away. they do have a corner shop though just across the road, which we brought bacon, eggs, bread, milk etc.. enough for our stay, and overall better on our pocket. I did love the short Tram drive to Surface Paradise all pubs, clubs and Restaurants, I would recommend Sun City Mantra and I will definitely come back again.

Nice views but needs work

Great interactions with staff, loved that secure parking was included, loved the views, and pool facilities were great. But - the rooms really need a bit of work. The bathroom had two doors, one of which didn’t lock and barely stayed closed, towel hooks were snapped off, the bed was on wheels so rolled as we got into bed, the baby cot was like something I’d expect to see in a prison not a hotel, and the tv was old and small. There’s also a huge construction project across the road (though they weren’t working on the weekend we stayed). I don’t think I’d stay again because of how poor the condition of the rooms is, but the common areas of the hotel are good.
