The room allocated at the start was like an ibis budget hotel run down . The room smelt of spice and was over powering to the point making us feel very sick . The room was too basic and the beds kept moving . The first night staff were rude and not helpful . Room was changed and the walls were disgusting like someone pee all over the walls . The towels were not change in a hotel room . When you pay for a hotel room you expect your towels to be changed daily .

My wife & I had a very poor experience & we will definitely not be returning. Firstly the room that I booked was NOT what was provided - eg smaller with no balcony. The hotel made no attempt to rectify this. Secondly, as a Gold Member I am used to receiving a room upgrade. Again, I was told the hotel was full but at the same time I overheard another staff member advising a member of the public (over the phone) that the hotel had plenty of rooms available.

I had stayed at Sun City many years ago for one night. I only booked this time for two nights and stayed six. I didn’t want to leave indoor pools outdoor pools heated food drinks in house tram stop at the doorstep stops from Cavill Avenue. What better holiday?

Love the large reception area with lots of seating which you don’t get with lots of new hotels. Fountains around the foyer around the front of the building really beautiful & makes a huge difference. Really nice staff. Love the pools & jacuzzis. I was there with my 2 of my grandchildren. They loved it. We had a really nice time. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was huge. Loved the long windows around the lounge. Gives so much light into the apartment.
