Extremely well located with glorious views over the ocean and city. Really good facilities and a very comfortable room with very useable deck. A real bonus for us was the access to the "owners" lounge and deck on the 55th floor. Being virtually next door to a Woolworths supermarket made it very convenient for food and snacks shopping too.

Amazing location right in the heart of Surfers paradise, very clean. We had a great stay, however, as we were checking in after hours (about 11pm) the check in process took quite a while, I was on hold for about 15 minutes before someone picked up the phone. There was also an incident in the spa with one of the filters not having a cover on it and my leg getting suctioned by it leaving quite a large bruise. I reported the incident to reception, however, 2 days later there was still no cover on the filter.

Everything was great, only thing I could fault would be to have extra supplies such as bin bags washing powders stuff like that. The bins were quite small and for the amount of days we stayed it would have been nice to just have those extra things
