With a maximum capacity of 350 theatre style, 400 for a cocktail party or 220 for a sit-down dinner, our ballroom is naturally lit and welcoming room. Its pillarless structure adds versatility, allowing you to set up the room a number of different ways.
The versatile ballroom becomes rooms within a room. These three function rooms are variations and depending on your needs can suit smaller to medium sized groups.
Excellent for smaller groups looking for meeting rooms in Surfers Paradise as they provide a private and business-like setting. Room One will seat 18 and Room Two will seat 18. Alternatively the two rooms can also be joined to create a space seating 50 delegates theatre style. Situated next to the ballroom they provide the perfect option for breakout sessions.
Perfect for business meetings of 14 delegates or less. Our Executive Boardroom has natural lighting features a wall mounted plasma screen and direct access on to the pool-view terrace.
Our outdoor Garden Terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests cocktail style with luxurious settings complemented by modern chic decking overlooking our relaxing lagoon pool. The venue is ideal for an outdoor lunch, dinner or cocktail event, alternatively can be used as a breakout space for conferencing or team building activities.
The Pool View Terrace overlooks the hotel pool and is absolutely perfect for conference breaks, lunches or that event with a difference. This undercover area can also be utilized as the wet weather backup for functions booked on the Garden Terrace.
Located on the ground level within Fables Restaurant, with French doors, natural light and a private outdoor terrace. The Private Dining Room features blackout curtains and a wall mounted plasma screen. This function room is suitable for small meetings, conference breakout space, stylish intimate dinners, lunches and weddings.
