Death trap.

Upon booking we noted small children in the system. The room was dated with many marks on the walls including bumps/holes, stains on the couch and yellow stains on the bed covers. One hole was dangerous. It was an electrician made hole next to a PowerPoint near the TV and PowerPoint switch. Our small child had their hand inside the wall holding electrical wires. Upon arrival, the window in the children’s bedroom was wide open with no bars or fly screen and a sheer curtain covering it. Our children could have fallen 28 floors out of the window. It was jammed and took a lot of force to close it so it appears to have been an issue before our stay. It was difficult to request towels with the Accorr membership. Upon first request I was told to request them another time. Upon second request I was told I needed to prove my membership on my mobile despite my account details being lodged in the hotel system upon check in. The staff advised if she checked herself she would have to the log in to her computer which she didn’t want to do.

The building is lovely with large modern rooms that overlook both the beach and the intercostal waterway. The apartment hotel is really well situated just a 5 minute walk to the central business area. The transit way is just across the street. From there you can go just about anywhere. The hotel itself lovely with a gigantic sand pool and hot tub. The hotel also has a first class Thai restaurant. The best part about the place is the staff they were all terrific. Thank you for making our 2.5 month stay great. G and M

Amazing pool and lots for kids to do. Location is great for getting to the beach and shops. Staff lovely, just needs an update and a bit of a clean.

Happy with the facilities but disappointed with the room services. Stayed 7 days and never saw any room service of any kind. We washed our own towels, supplied our own milk and eventually ran out of teabags etc so bought our own. Would have expected clean towels at least once during our stay.
