Perfect location, everything at your finger tips. Great facilities, shops close by, lots of restaurants close by. Mantra is very comfortable, apartments very well appointed. I will be staying here again!

Apartments 1440 &41 were ok, but are looking in need of some TLC especially the aircon panel in 1441 which was unreadable and didn't seem to be working, some of the fittings are old too (fridge door heavily scratched). Some biscuits/snacks with the tea/coffee provided would have been nice

Staff were very great. Super helpful and friendly. Unit was very disappointing! First unit was so dirty. Fridge was not cleaned, bathroom sink had hairs and pubic hairs on it. A/c didn’t work well. Fridge also was broken but that was handled so well by staff who moved up to another room, unfortunately we didn’t realise fridge was not working until 5+hours in and our food was spoiled. Next unit we got lived to was very clean dryer didn’t work but staff can’t help that and they delivered us fresh towels when we could use dryer to dry them.

Great stay, the only super odd thing was the double doors you had to go through to get in your room. We could hear every time our neighbours came back to the room or left the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
