Disappointed Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

great to have a unit on 25th floor but the room did not have any foxtel or any tvs in any bedrooms. Paying for a room with nothing special in it. Overpriced.

We had a very pleasant stay but the rooms are ready for a serious clean and tidy, eg. paintings. Grounds and stairwells also needed tidying up. Staff were helpful.

Tired dirty hotel

Was very disappointed after paying $1300 for two nights stay. I was very tired dirty beds were very uncomfortable only a sheet on the bed and a blanket in the wardrobe. I taught his blanket was covered in dark stains and long black hair so we couldn't use it . But the biggest issue was clearly it needs to be renovated. It was very old tired and Cleaning standard was terrible. Certainly wouldn't recommend and won't be staying again.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, room was spotless, well equipped and spacious. Well located to shopping centres, light rail, restaurants and of course the beach.

Loved being so close to beach for early morning walks… then swim in the relaxing pool of the Mantra. So good to walk across the street to Pacific Fair. My type of a great holiday!!
