Lauxes VIP Champagne Salon offers an extensive range of champagne from around the world. The champagne specialty flows through to the restaurant which fuses of Japanese & Modern Australian influences in its menu with interesting dishes like the Champagne Risotto.

Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill is an award winning steak restaurant located at Broadbeach on the Park, on the Gold Coast.  Moo Moo prides itself on serving the very best cuisine specialising in premium export quality beef and is a multiple award winner of the Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence.  Moo Moo currently holds the title of Queensland’s Best Steak Restaurant 2008.

Moo Moo serves progressive Modern Australian cuisine specialising in premium export quality beef. The new specialty steak menu offers some of the best cuts of beef available in the country including F1 Wagyu Sirloin, Rump + Rib Fillet; Cape Grim Tenderloin + Scotch Fillet; Rangers Valley Scotch Fillet and Dry Aged Rib Eye on the Bone, Sirloin on the Bone and T-Bone.  Besides steak, guests at Moo Moo can experience a menu that includes fresh oysters, fish, duck and chicken.  Moo Moo is also very serious about wine and showcases an award winning wine list which includes an extensive selection of Vintage wines.
