Mantra Hervey Bay offers the perfect venue for small to medium sized conferences, meetings and special events for up to 250 guests. The Marina Conference Room caters up to 200 delegates theatre-style and can be divided into three smaller meeting rooms for up to 60 delegates theatre-style or up to 25 for a boardroom meeting.

The Marina Room also caters for up to 150 dinner banquet guests and 250 guests for a cocktail party function. Residential conference rates and tailor-made packages including audio visual facilities, theming and versatile catering services are available.

With Mantra Hervey Bay perfectly positioned on the Fraser Coast, it is an ideal venue for your incentive or team building activities. Why not add some team building activities to make it a truly memorable conference: Visit World Heritage listed Fraser Island - one, two or three day tours available. Seasonal whale watch (July to Nov), Dolphin or turtle search Nov - May, Fishing charters, try a corporate challenge boat race (min numbers 20 people required). Bike hire on site to explore the 15 kilometres full length of Hervey Bay or visit the Heritage town of Maryborough or the wine and gourmet trail of the South Burnett.

Mantra Hervey Bay provides one of the best conference and function rooms in the region and is Fraser Coast's only absolute marina front property. Here there are an abundance of acquatic activities making the transition from work to play an easy one.

Conference at Mantra Hervey Bay and enjoy a $50 per person full day delegate package including morning tea, afternoon tea & lunch, venue hire, mints, pens pads, water & basic AV. (Normal price $55 per person).

Stay in a Hotel Room for only $130* per night, includes a hot buffet breakfast.
