Bad stay - not enjoyable or worth the money

Waited 20 mins for staff member to become available on checkin - to which they didn’t know if we had paid already or not? Told me we had but later another staff member told us we hadn’t? Room was stale and had lights beaming into the bedroom with no curtain. Went to get some water from vending machine but it was broken - spoke to reception - she begrudgingly said they could sell me 250ml bottle for $3 each - absolute rip off seeing as your machine is broken. Overall displeasing stay - not worth the money and definitely won’t be coming back - a refund is would not be out of the question

We visited the Hervey Bay Mantra for two nights, lovely view over the marina. Some disappointment in the quality (broken chair on balcony, ants in kitchen) but satisfied over all.
