As an Accor platnum member, I was blown away not only by the lovely upgrade buy the welcome amenities were so generous. I loved the Easter eggs awaiting for me in the fridge. Such a neat surprise. The room and location are great. So close to the waterfront. The check in and out was effortless and my husband I really enjoyed our stay. Thanks you.

You don’t service rooms at all, the room smelt so bad of mould I had to leave sliding door open aircon and dans going whole time, false advertising of pool that I know for two years that’s happened as I looked at this same hotel then and yet your pool is still under construction. Breakfast was disgusting eggs were like plastic. You clearly cook the food days in advance and warm it up that morning. Horrible food.
