Terrible. Miss, mould and mildew everywhere.room was filthy. People were rude except for 1 cleaning lady who knew more about the hotel than the manager. Manager terribly rude. No restaurant but I was not told. Maintenance work outside my window that I as not told would occur from 7am. Overall an exhausting experience. I couldn’t even get a coffee!

Our experience was generally good, we stayed twice with a 3 day gap for a trip to Arnhemland. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure area while we were away. Great location for restaurants and bars in the CBD.The stay was marred somewhat by ongoing refurbishment so no on site restaurant or bar. The windows had not been cleaned yet after the wet season so were a bit green and blotchy. Cleaning was starting as we left.

The hotel was well-located and suited us for our stay in Darwin. We enjoyed the view from our room facing the harbour. The unit was clean and comfortable and contained all the amenities that we needed.

It was ok, definitely not up to the standard of other hotels in the area. $100 security deposit required, if you dont travel with a credit card then don’t expect to stay here. Staff are absolutely unwilling to accept cash or waive this $100 fee even though you’ve already forked out $1000+ to stay. The hotel is so strict to receive this $100 but takes 5 days to return it, why $100? Surely a small $1 deposit like other hotels in the area will suffice. Rooms are extremely outdated, skirtings detaching from the wall & ACs are not user friendly to operate. Random emergency exit sirens sounding & a poor PA system that is difficult to understand making it very unclear on whether to execute or stay in your room. Hotel sits above Mitchell ST so you’ll hear club music & constant yelling / screaming throughout the night. Would not recommend staying here, much prefer the other accomodation options available don’t waste your time.
