Brasserie Bread offer kids baking classes, school excursions and artisan baking workshops for the public. The hands-on baking courses are designed to introduce the joys of artisan baking to people of all ages.

This artisan baking class will cover all you need to know to start producing your own beautiful bread at home. The three hour course covers sourdough starters, mixing, hand-moulding and baking. The course rounds off with a tasting and matching of wine and cheese with different varieties of bread.

All group sizes are kept to ten or less participants to ensure that all class attendees get plenty of hands on experience. Every one gets to take home their own baked goodies at the end of the class.
